Great prices and fantastic assistance!

So, apparently, just living under the same roof as my brother is a big no-no for these folks. Don’t count on getting any sort of decent service from this pathetic excuse for a business.

I’m still waiting on 50 bucks from you after two failed transactions. Sure, I get that you can’t speed up bank transfers, but the nonsense this company has pulled is so ridiculous it makes me want to pull my hair out.

Here’s their official reply to my ticket:

Thanks for contacting Guardarian.

After looking into your transaction ID 5994493293, we found that it didn’t go through and has been refunded.

When you’ll see the refund depends on how fast the payment service provider processes it. Typically, it takes 1-3 business days.

This happened because several customers were using the same IP Address for their transactions. Just a heads up, each customer should have their own IP Address, and sharing isn’t allowed. This is for security reasons, as it’s against our terms of service to do transactions for someone else.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. "Security reasons," huh? Two brothers with valid IDs sharing the same location but not the same IP address.

Their reply will probably be just like the ticket response, sticking to the rules while completely ignoring the situation. Expect a generic answer with zero effort to actually resolve anything. That’s what this company is all about.

I’m sharing this for future customers—proceed with caution if you choose to deal with this company.

Looks like they also took 44EUR from me. All my transactions/exchanges have been marked as refunded or failed since yesterday (2023-02-20). So, it’s a bit odd they would withdraw 44EUR today (2023-02-21) when my exchanges are already showing as refunded/failed? Maybe just a mistake, so I’ll let that slide for now. I’ll update this review in a few days with any confirmation.

I’m happy to share screenshots or any other info about this website for future customers. Just trying to save others some time (and maybe money).

I used my usual bank account, provided all the necessary proof of ownership for both the bank account and credit card, yet my transaction ended up being marked as 'failed.' The only info I got was that the money's been taken from my account, and the transaction shows it was completed 7 hours ago. I've been waiting for support since then. Can you let me know the business hours or if there's a direct way to reach a support agent? Thanks a lot.

It's pretty simple and straightforward, once you get the hang of the customer verification process (that notorious KYC), which I think is best handled over the phone. The one downside for me is that there's a sneaky fee (about 4%) added on top of the stated flat commission, using a crypto/fiat rate that's higher than what you'd typically find in exchanges.
